For over 5 generations our family has passed down the passion of baking. Embarking on a voyage from England, our great-great-grandfather arrived in New Zealand with a vision for a new life, a passion for baking – and a trusted recipe book in his hand.
Today, following on with the passion and knowledge passed down to her as a child growing up at her Grandfathers' family bakery and armed with the family recipes Debbie, the caker behind In The Mix – is continuing the family’s legacy by sharing wonderful baking creations with the community.

You can find us selling our baked goods at various 'Pop Up' sites around Auckland, at our bakery and from our wonderful stockists. We also cater for events, and can provide wholesale baked goods.
You are able to order our famous River Valley Deep Dish Pies, freshly made Ready Meals, Sweet Bakes, Cakes and more for pick up or delivery online.
All our products are provided to you fresh and made to order, ready for you to heat and enjoy. You can also freeze most of our meal options for future use.
