Storage / Heating Information
This product is to be kept refrigerated and used within 4 days. This product can be frozen for up to 3 months.
From Frozen: Thaw in the refrigerator in its packaging. Heat oven to 170C. Once thawed, remove the outer packaging and place on a lined oven tray in its inner packaging foil dish if provided and heat until it is hot through. If the item is browning too quickly on top, cover lightly with a piece of foil. Use within 1 day from being thawed.

Pro Tips: if you place an oven safe container of water in the oven with the pies the pastry will not dry out, this will keep your pastry crisp and flaky. Don't overcrowd the oven. Remember not to squeeze a hot pastry as it will crack/burst.

While delivery is typically expected overnight throughout the North Island and two days for the South Island once the order is dispatched, it is subject to the courier’s conditions.
No Saturday deliveries
You are welcome to choose the Urgent Courier option (for Auckland only) for same day delivery on dispatch where available at checkout. P.O.A.
