Storage / Heating Information

This product is to be kept refrigerated and used within 4 days. Not suitable for freezing

This item can be eaten both warm or cold.

From Fresh: Remove the outer packaging including the lid if any. Place the item in its inner packaging eco-sugarcane dish into the microwave and heat on medium to slightly warm. (approx. 1-2 minutes) check and adjust for your microwave. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Some condiments/toppings may be provided in a separate container to be added just before serving, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for presentation at the table.

SOME toppings where supplied, may need to be warmed gently in the microwave at serving time. Ensure to remove the lid and/or outer packaging where required.

This item is available for both pick-up (with prior ordering) and delivery Nationwide

While delivery is typically expected overnight throughout the North Island and two days for the South Island once the order is dispatched, it is subject to the courier’s conditions. 

No Saturday deliveries

You are welcome to choose the Urgent Courier option (for Auckland only) for same day delivery on dispatch where available at checkout. P.O.A.

Please ensure that the correct shipping choice and address for the recipient is completed in full as this is transferred directly to the courier during checkout for printing of labels and booking delivery. Wrong choices or redeliveries can incur further costs to you.

Our Eco-friendly Sugarcane Bowls / Lids

Our sugarcane bowls, made from 100% renewable resources are safe for refrigeration, freezing, microwaving, and oven use. The bowls are certified for both home and industrial composting, with degradation timelines of 6 months in commercial facilities and 12 months at home. Lids are recyclable.

Our sugarcane bowls are safe for:
